Project Co-Ordinator - Founding Team Member

We are offering the unique opportunity for an ambitious commercially minded individual to join our team as a Project Co-ordinator.

Job Description

We are looking for an excellent negotiator, organiser, and problem-solver who can use their skills to coordinate essential operations within our startup. If you have the vision and skill to effect fast, immediate and real change then we want to hear from you. You will have the chance to be a part of a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment that looks to modernise a largely unchanged century old industry.

This position would be one of our initial hires and have the unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a potential revolution in international trade.

You will be part of a team working to deploy an MVP and turning it into a fully functioning high-load rich web application. This role would be ideal for an ambitious individual who wants to be part of the high-risk-high-reward world of tech startups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise directly with our founder and CEO

  • Co-ordinate various aspects of the business ensuring deadlines are met

  • Ability to learn new technologies and skills on the job

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in either Business Administration /Management or Logistics/ Supply chain or Economics or International Business

  • Consistent top level-grades throughout your academic career

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a startup environment

  • Strong understanding of SMEs

  • Strong analytical skills

 

Desirable Attributes:

  • Genuine interest and/or knowledge of Art and Design

  • Demonstrable understanding of behavioural psychology

  • Physical product design
